The Purchase Executive – Field Staff is responsible for handling field procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, delivery follow-ups, and maintaining smooth supply operations for the organization. The role requires frequent field visits to suppliers, markets, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services at competitive prices.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchasing
- Purchase required materials, equipment, and supplies as per company requirements.
- Visit local markets and vendors for product sourcing and rate comparison.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Identify new vendors and compare quotations for cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, invoices, and delivery status.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or material quality.
Field Operations
- Conduct regular field visits for procurement and delivery coordination.
- Collect quotations, samples, invoices, and purchase-related documents.
- Monitor transportation and logistics activities when required.
- Ensure materials reach the location safely and on time.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
