We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project & Delivery Manager to lead key initiatives, ensure seamless execution across teams, and contribute to innovation in the AI-powered SaaS landscape.

Role Overview

The Project & Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build products powered by LLMs and AI agents—helping shape the next generation of intelligent enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Build and manage detailed project plans with explicit timelines, milestones, and delivery checkpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams to support end-to-end delivery.

Scope & Requirements Management

- Partner with stakeholders to define goals, functional requirements, and expected outcomes.

LLM & AI Agent Integration Oversight

- Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure smooth integration of LLMs and autonomous agents into product architecture.

Delivery Management

- Track progress, surface risks early, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.

Agile Process Leadership





- Lead agile ceremonies and continuously refine workflows to improve team productivity.

Quality Assurance & Testing Coordination

- Work closely with QA and development teams to uphold quality standards.

Team Leadership & Development

- Mentor delivery team members, fostering accountability, alignment, and high performance.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager, with knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, or AI-driven systems
- Experience managing projects involving AI model integration, NLP, or automation technologies
- Certifications in AI/ML, data science, or project management (e.g., Google AI, Coursera, PMI-ACP) are an advantage
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
