Required Skills:

- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document functional requirements to the assigned projects and products as per defined business requirements.
- Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram, Mock-ups, Wireframes etc for assigned products and projects.
- Be the single point of contact on requirements with customers, Manage customer expectations on product and get the user acceptance on the delivered product.
- Should have experience of Ecommerce domain.
- Preparing Product collaterals such as User Guides, Video Tutorials, Reference manuals, Brochures, Help, Presentations, White Papers, blogs etc.
- Facilitate business development and sales support activities like solution demo, responding to RFP, creating SOW etc.
- Do competitor analysis and present report to concern stakeholders.
- Establish credibility at all levels with clients and colleagues.
