We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in email marketing automation and digital advertising. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing and automation campaigns.
- Create automated email journeys, follow-up sequences, lead-nurturing campaigns, and customer engagement workflows.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create advertisements, landing pages, email templates, and promotional materials.
- Generate qualified leads through paid and organic digital marketing activities.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data and customer behaviour.




- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising platform changes.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Practical experience with email automation and email marketing platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience in campaign tracking, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, landing pages, marketing funnels, and audience segmentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B, financial services, insurance, technology, or professional services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
