Job Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and lead a high-performing sales team within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
- Drive market share and business growth
- Manage and develop distributors
- Expand retail reach and strengthen channel presence
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team
- Execute trade schemes and promotional activities
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes

Requirements

- 5–8 years of FMCG Traditional Trade sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of independently managing an assigned area
- Strong experience in distributor management and channel development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- MBA/PGDM (preferred)




- Experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools is an advantage
