About the Role

The Corporate Legal Department is seeking highly motivated Legal Interns to support the team in a dynamic corporate environment. This internship provides valuable exposure to corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk assessment.

Interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals on real-time assignments. High-performing candidates may be considered for long-term opportunities based on merit and contribution.

Key Responsibilities





Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, policies, and corporate documentation.

Assist in corporate governance processes, compliance audits, and regulatory filings.

Support risk assessment, documentation management, and case preparation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance.

Work on real-time projects.

Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

Law students (preferably from 3rd year onwards) or recent graduates.

Robust analytical, research, and communication abilities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Demonstrated interest in corporate law, compliance, and business operations.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
