We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisors to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects across Mumbai.

Whether you are a recent ITI/Diploma graduate or have up to two years of experience in site supervision, this role offers excellent opportunities to develop your technical and leadership skills in a skilled environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at assigned project sites.
- Coordinate with labour teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with billing, quantity verification, and project documentation.
- Track material consumption and maintain inventory and site records.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain project progress.




- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Required).
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project execution.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour teams and work effectively under deadlines.
- Knowledge of site measurement, billing, BOQ, or documentation will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
