QSR experience as Area Manager

An operations manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day business operations across outlets to ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role includes monitoring outlet performance, ensuring adherence to SOPs, food safety and hygiene norms, coordinating staffing and training with HR, managing inventory and equipment, supporting franchise partners, handling audits and documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues while maintaining brand quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Age: 40-50.

Software: MS office, Tally, Zoho

Language: Malayalam, English, Tamil & Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
