Showroom Manager

Job Summary:

The Showroom Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, achieving sales targets, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve showroom sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain showroom appearance, inventory, and product displays.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in retail or automobile showroom management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
