The Global Visa Head is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end visa processing operations for multiple countries. The role involves leading the visa team, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and embassy requirements, maintaining client relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring timely and accurate visa documentation and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage global visa operations for various countries including tourist, employment, student, business, and dependent visas.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with embassy regulations, immigration policies, and documentation standards.
- Supervise visa executives and coordinators to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Handle complex visa cases, refusals, reapplications, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international immigration rules and policy changes.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centers, airlines, and international partners.




- Ensure timely submission and tracking of visa applications.
- Develop and implement SOPs for visa processing and operational efficiency.
- Verify and review client documents for accuracy and authenticity.
- Provide guidance and consultation to clients regarding visa requirements and processes.
- Prepare operational reports, approval ratios, rejection analysis, and team performance reports.
- Train and mentor visa processing staff on updated procedures and customer handling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of client information and documents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
