We're looking for a detail-driven and hands-on Senior Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining spotless standards and leading a motivated team. If you believe a clean hotel is a happy hotel — this role is yours.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team across all shifts
- Ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house are maintained to the highest standards
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and presentation
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff daily
- Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and linen control
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and procedures
- Hospitality experience is mandatory. Only candidates from the hotel industry will be shortlisted.
