We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide exceptional service, achieve sales targets, and maintain an attractive showroom environment. A passion for luxury products and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Present and demonstrate gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery collections.
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing, quality, certifications, and care instructions.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain customer records.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock verification.
- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and promotional offers.




- Follow company policies related to security, billing, and product handling.

equired Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS system familiarity.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and honesty in handling valuable merchandise.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
