Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Work from Home: Eligible for 2 days/week WFH after completion of 3 months from DOJ

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Service team and support UK-based customers with vehicle service bookings, maintenance requests, and post-service queries.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing vehicle service and inspection bookings
- Following up on pending service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Handling customer queries and resolving service-related concerns
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and case updates
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
- Ensuring service quality and SLA compliance

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in Customer Service,



Service Coordination, or Call Centre Operations
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple systems while handling customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in the automotive, leasing, or service industry is an advantage
