About Alpha Eats

Alpha Eats is a fast-growing healthy meal subscription startup on a mission to make India fitness-driven by delivering fresh, high-protein meals that help people achieve their health and fitness goals.

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional who can not only close deals but also grow into leading our sales team as the company expands.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Converting incoming leads into paying customers.
- Calling and following up with leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, Website, and Referrals.
- Understanding customer fitness goals and recommending the right meal plans.
- Closing subscriptions and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining customer records and sales reports.
- Improving sales scripts and conversion rates.
- Helping recruit, train, and manage future sales executives.
- Taking ownership of the sales process and contributing to business growth.

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for an average telecaller.

We're looking for someone who:

- Loves sales and enjoys closing deals.
- Is confident on phone calls.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Takes ownership and works independently.
- Is ambitious and wants to become a Sales Team Leader.
- Thrives in a startup environment.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM, and calling tools.




- Experience in Fitness, Nutrition, Healthcare, or D2C sales is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Performance Incentives

- Attractive monthly incentives based on sales performance.
- No cap on incentive earnings for top performers.

Interview Process

The interview will be conducted in person at our Pune office with the Founder of Alpha Eats.

The selection process includes:

- Introduction and career discussion.
- Sales experience review.
- Live sales role-play.
- Objection handling assessment.
- Final discussion with the Founder.
