We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers (Freshers) to join our growing team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers, and promoting company services/products. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain call records and update customer databases.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
