Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of WhatsApp Cloud API, API registration, and IT support processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in API integrations, system support, troubleshooting, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the registration and basic configuration of WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Support the integration and testing of WhatsApp Cloud API with internal systems.
- Monitor API performance and help troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Assist in configuring webhooks, API tokens, and related technical settings.
- Coordinate with the development team for API implementation and issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation for API setup, configurations, and processes.
- Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in system maintenance, software installations, and user account management.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain records of IT-related activities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in WhatsApp Business Platform and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, BTECH, BCA, MCA, or a related field.




- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Cloud API and its registration process.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API authentication concepts.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Git or other version control systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Developer Console and WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Basic understanding of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with webhook configuration and API debugging.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications and backend services.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
