We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on billing experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
- Verify billing data and ensure all invoices are error-free.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing-related queries.
- Follow up on pending invoices and payment status.
- Reconcile invoices with supporting documents.
- Maintain billing reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 1 year of billing experience.
- Hands-on experience in invoice preparation and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to manage multiple billing tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP, Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or any billing software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

Location

Goregaon, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
