The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for generating new business by promoting the society's savings, deposit, and loan products, identifying potential members, and achieving business targets. The role includes conducting field visits, building and maintaining robust customer relationships, explaining the society's products and services, following up on leads, supporting loan and account opening processes, and coordinating with the Branch Head to increase branch business. The BDO should prepare daily activity reports, ensure excellent customer service, and support branch operations whenever required. Regular field work and local travel are essential parts of this role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
