Role description

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain professional to join our team on a contract basis for 3-6 months. The primary responsibility of this role is to mentor, groom, and guide interns who are being trained in Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum ecosystem, smart contract development, blockchain architecture, and compliance/regulatory considerations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and training to blockchain interns on a regular basis.
- Conduct structured sessions on:
- - Blockchain fundamentals
- Ethereum development workplace
- Smart contract coding (preferably Solidity)
- Blockchain architecture and design patterns
- Compliance, regulatory, and security considerations in blockchain

- Review interns work, provide feedback, and help shape their learning roadmap.
- Support interns in building end-to-end mini-projects or POCs.
- Monitor performance and progress of interns, ensuring steady skill development.
- Create or refine training materials, hands-on exercises, and documentation as needed.
- Assist the team in evaluating blockchain technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technical queries related to blockchain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (blocks, hashing, consensus, transactions,



distributed networks).
- Experience working with the Ethereum ecosystem, including:
- - Solidity
- Hardhat/Truffle
- Remix
- Web3.js / Ethers.js

- Ability to design and explain smart contract architectures, patterns, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with blockchain compliance and regulatory frameworks, including KYC/AML considerations, data privacy, and legal risks.
- Good understanding of blockchain architecture concepts (public vs private chains, nodes, consensus algorithms, gas mechanisms, token standards).
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience mentoring or teaching junior talent.
- Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts.
