Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to join our Real Estate sales wing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful property transactions while providing a premium experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Effectively manage incoming sales inquiries and convert prospects into site visits.
- Site Presentations: Conduct professional property tours and explain project USPs to potential buyers.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential leads to ensure high closure rates.
- Client Advisory: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial options within the portfolio.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales targets in the CRM.





Required Candidate Profile

- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English with strong persuasive skills.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Greater Noida real estate market is a plus.
- Attitude: A self-motivated, target-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
