Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) who can bridge the gap between business operations and data insights. The role requires a mix of domain expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to drive process improvements and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across RCM functions (medical billing, AR, aging, and collections).
- Perform detailed analysis of AR, AR days, aging reports, production, and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with operations teams to understand workflows and recommend process improvements (AS-IS / TO-BE analysis).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Use advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling,



and reporting automation.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in US Healthcare / RCM domain.
- Robust understanding of medical billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), AR days, and aging processes.
- Proven ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding and visualization.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, macros preferred).
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in process improvement initiatives within RCM.
- Exposure to quality and performance metrics in healthcare operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Immediate availability or short notice period.
