- Job description:
- - Determining and defining project scope and objectives from project start to delivery/closure of the project.
- Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and productive manner.
- Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Tracking project costs in order to meet budget.
- Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to fulfil the requirements and tasks by schedule.
- Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.




- Identifying the risks and mitigation; communication to stakeholders about risks and impact.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for project smooth execution.

- Requirements / Qualifications for Project Manager:
- - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent in presentation and demonstration skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
