Roles & Responsibilities

- Support Front Office Risk team in monitoring and managing risk across wealth management portfolios.

- Identify, track, and escalate risk exposures, breaches, and excesses, and assist in remediation.

- Partner with front office teams (Investment Products, Lending, Advisory, Relationship Managers) on risk advisory, projects, and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk frameworks and control processes.

- Maintain and update risk inventories, identify emerging risks, and assess potential impact.

- Develop and enhance stress scenarios, risk triggers, and portfolio monitoring mechanisms.

- Ensure all risks are identified, measured, and monitored on a daily basis.

- Provide analysis and recommendations on products, lending, and portfolio exposures.

- Support development of automation tools, MIS dashboards, and workflow improvements.





- Work closely with global teams to align risk management practices and reporting.

Requisites
- Experience in risk management within wealth management, lending, or financial markets (FX, Equities, Credit).

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret financial data and risks.

- Good understanding of financial products and portfolio risk concepts.

- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivots).

- Experience with Python, VBA, or dashboarding tools like Power BI/Tableau is preferred.

- Familiarity with market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg) and financial instruments.

- Ability to apply quantitative methods for risk and portfolio analysis.

- Exposure to automation, data analytics, or AI/ML tools is an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
