We are looking for a motivated Residential Sales Executive to assist customers in purchasing residential properties, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries and close sales.
- Coordinate documentation and the sales process.
- Update CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹13,492.66 - ₹48,528.64 per month
