Salary: Starting from 800 UZS (increases by 50 UZS up to 4 times per month, capped at 1000 UZS)

Job Responsibilities

I. User Inquiry & Customer Service

- Respond to player inquiries regarding bonuses, promotions, and accounts via live chat, phone, and social media.
- Guide users on bonus rules, eligibility criteria, and usage processes.
- Deliver accurate, professional, and friendly customer service to enhance user satisfaction.

II. Issue Handling & Follow-Up

- Record customer feedback and handle issues such as bonus discrepancies and promotional disputes.
- Investigate complex cases and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.

III. Account & Process Support

- Assist users with account-related concerns including login issues, deposits/withdrawals, and bonus status.
- Stay updated on platform promotions and policies to provide precise information.

IV. Promotion & Campaign Support

- Introduce ongoing promotions and bonus offers to users.




- Guide customers through participation processes to maximize engagement.

V. Service Quality & Data Management

- Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the system/database.
- Monitor user satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.

VI. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain daily communication with existing customers.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements

- Chinese speaker (mandatory) with good English communication skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
