Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Performance Manager. The Performance Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI across Meta, LinkedIn & Google. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, identifying areas for improvement,



collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and creating monthly reports. The role includes conducting training sessions for stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvement in team performance and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Performance Marketing.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Budgeting to efficiently allocate resources and optimize costs for marketing initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based strategies, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
