Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in Hot Rolled (HR) Coils, HR Sheets, and Structural Steel products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a proven sales track record, and deep product knowledge in flat and structural steel segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for HR Coil, HR Sheet, and Structural Steel products
- Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and distributors across assigned territory
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (fabricators, manufacturers, EPC contractors, traders)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy
- Coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence for management




- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in steel/metal sales, specifically HR Coil, HR Sheet, or Structural Steel
- Robust network within the steel trading/manufacturing ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Preferred Attributes:

- Existing client base in the steel/structural products segment
- Understanding of steel pricing mechanisms, freight, and logistics
- Target-driven with strong business development acumen

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
