Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and Indian regulations.
- Conduct and manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Prepare CMA Reports for bank finance and credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform financial analysis and advise management on cost control and profitability.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government departments.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.




- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and internal controls.
- Support management during financial due diligence, inspections, and audits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and the Companies Act.
- Experience in statutory audit and CMA report preparation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
