Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, ledger, invoicing, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and statutory registers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate closing of books within defined timelines.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory obligations.
- Liaise with statutory and internal auditors; prepare audit schedules and support audit queries.
- Maintain updated knowledge of financial laws and regulatory changes relevant to food manufacturing and export operations.

Costing & Budget Control

- Monitor production cost, raw material consumption, overheads, freight, packaging, and wastage data to provide cost insights.




- Assist in budgeting and forecasting; track budget vs. actual performance.

Accounts Receivable & Payable Management

- Supervise vendor payments, credit terms, and recovery of customer outstanding.
- Implement credit control and escalation mechanisms for overdue accounts.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.

ERP & Process Oversight

- Manage end-to-end financial functions in coordination with SAP Business One implementation and workflows.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals and adherence to SOPs for all financial transactions.
- Improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
