Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days Work from Office)

Note: We are looking for immediate joiners.

Experience Required - Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records using Tally.
- Process purchase entries, invoices, and payment-related documentation accurately.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and stock records across systems.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate inward and outward stock movement across locations.
- Manage logistics operations, including dispatches, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to accounts, inventory, and logistics using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory, logistics, and accounting processes.
- Ensure timely updates of stock records and operational data.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Accounts,



Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
- Experience in the Jewellery, Retail, or Luxury industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Tally (Mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Inventory and Stock Management.
- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and perform stock reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
