Job Description: Field Officer

Responsibilities:

· Provide daily updates on planning and status to the group before 9:30 AM for current status and one shift ahead for planning.

· Update site visit details promptly via WhatsApp, including photos.

· Conduct a minimum of three trainings at the respective site per week.

· Submit daily reports to Area Manager (AM).

· Ensure quality operations at the site.

· Update plans and status in the company groups according to the designated time.

· Conduct morning visits to any site before 8 AM, ensuring punctuality and adherence to shift changes.

· Follow up on payments from respective companies and collect before the due date.

· Coordinate advance activities with AM and inform MD for approval, ensuring adherence to maximum advance limits.

· Conduct night patrolling twice a week, alternating between the same site and other sites.

· Submit evening reports to the office before 4:30 PM.

· Ensure operations are free of vacancies.

· Mobilize manpower through existing guards and other site guards, maintaining sufficient spare guards at respective sites and assisting other sites as needed.

· Provide night patrolling reports to AM and update with photos.

· Meet with clients at least once a week in their respective areas.





· Ensure proper training of recent guards before deployment at respective sites, maintaining a report.

· Provide profiles of respective guards to clients.

· Collect client feedback on a monthly/quarterly basis.

· Attend weekly meetings with AM on Saturdays.

· Maintain General Diary (GD), Patrolling Report, and other site records.

· Ensure full uniform compliance for Field Officers.

· Attend weekly meetings with MD.

Qualifications and Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in security management preferred.

· Proven experience in security or related field.

· Strong communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

· Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp for reporting.

· Positive interpersonal skills for client interaction.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
