Amend Dental Centre is seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant HR Manager to lead key HR initiatives with a strong focus on Employee Engagement and Learning & Development (L&D;). The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and driving continuous learning across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D;) programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with HODs to strengthen employee productivity and organisational culture.
Requirements
- MBA in HR / MSW / Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-branch organisations.
- Proven experience in Employee Engagement and Learning & Development (L&D;).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
