Job Title: Computer Trainer – Accounting SoftwareJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Trainer – Accounting Software to train students and professionals in accounting and business software. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, hands-on training, ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills and are job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy Accounting Software, Marg ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Train students in accounting concepts, GST, inventory management, payroll, banking, taxation, and financial reporting using accounting software.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Prepare training materials, notes, presentations, and practice exercises.
- Guide students in completing software-based projects and case studies.
- Resolve students' technical and accounting-related queries.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Keep training content updated with the latest software versions and industry practices.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and assessment reports.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and workplace software requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Computer Applications, or a related field.




- Certification or practical experience in Tally Prime, Busy, Marg ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent software knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of computerized accounting.
- Practical expertise in accounting software.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Knowledge of GST, inventory, payroll, banking, and financial accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
