Job Title: PPC Executive / Production Planning & Control

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPC Executive / Production Planning Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery of products as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production teams for material availability
- Monitor daily production status and ensure adherence to schedules
- Plan and track raw material requirements to avoid shortages or delays
- Maintain proper production data, reports, and MIS
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources
- Follow up on pending orders and take corrective actions to meet delivery timelines
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely shipment




- Identify bottlenecks in production and suggest improvements
- Maintain inventory control and avoid excess stock or wastage

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of production planning & scheduling
- Valuable understanding of inventory management and material planning
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualification

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- OR
- B.Com / B.Sc with relevant experience in planning or production

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning / Material Planning
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
