Elkanio Research Labs is a travel technology company building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms for the global travel ecosystem.

We design and develop core travel engines and SaaS platforms used by travel companies to power flights, hotels, activities, and operational workflows. Our systems integrate with global suppliers (GDS, NDC, aggregators) and are built for performance, accuracy, and reliability at scale.

We are expanding our QA team in Kochi to support multiple live and upcoming travel technology products.

Role Overview

We are looking for two highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Interns to join our engineering team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our high-traffic B2B SaaS travel technology platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to final production release.

This is a 3-month internship with a performance-based opportunity to transition into a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manual Testing: Execute functional, regression, and sanity testing for our B2B SaaS applications to identify bugs and UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Bug Reporting: Document clear, concise, and actionable bug reports; collaborate with developers to track them through to resolution.
- API Testing: Verify the integrity of our unified travel APIs and supplier integrations.
- Documentation:



Create and update comprehensive test cases, test plans, and user acceptance criteria.

Mandatory Requirements

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and bug life cycle.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with manual testing techniques and a strong interest/basic proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Platform Experience: Understanding of web-based SaaS applications and how they function.
- Mindset: A "break-it" mentality with extreme attention to detail.
- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical teams.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

- Experience with GDS / Aggregators / NDC (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, etc.)
- Exposure to automation testing tools (even partial experience)
- Experience working in Agile / Sprint-based environments
