Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, consultations, and treatment plans to improve conversions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Provide information about cosmetic, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Support retention activities, feedback collection, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Achieve patient engagement and conversion targets. (LinkedIn)

Requirements:

- Any Degree.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, CRM, Patient Counseling, Front Office, or Customer Service.
- Experience in a cosmetic, dermatology, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare clinic is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (LinkedIn)

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
