We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-commerce Catalog Specialist Intern to support our product catalog and marketplace operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating and maintaining product listings, managing product information, and ensuring catalog accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Catalog Management

- Assist in creating and updating product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and attributes.
- Organize products into the appropriate categories and collections.
- Support bulk product uploads using marketplace templates and Excel.

Product Information Management

- Verify product information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain product data, including specifications, dimensions, pricing, and images.
- Assist in updating product information whenever changes occur.
- Help maintain a centralized product information database.

Catalog Quality

- Identify and report listing errors, missing information, and duplicate products.
- Assist in correcting catalog issues to maintain data consistency.
- Ensure product listings follow marketplace content guidelines.

Marketplace Support

- Monitor product listing status on marketplace portals.
- Assist in creating product variations such as size, color, or pack options.
- Support the team in resolving basic catalog-related issues.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of product uploads and catalog updates.




- Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organize product images, documents, and digital assets.

Coordination

- Work closely with the E-commerce, Product, Design, and Warehouse teams to collect and update product information.
- Coordinate with photographers and designers to ensure all required product assets are available.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Marketing, or a related field.
