Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GST & Income Tax Litigation Lead / Head located in Rajkot. The selected candidate will oversee and manage GST and income tax litigation, ensure accurate tax planning and preparation, and maintain compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities include direct communication with clients, legal interpretation of tax laws, preparation and filing of returns, and representation before tax authorities.



The role requires leadership and collaboration with fellow team members to ensure the successful execution of tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- CA (preferred) / CA Inter / Finalist
- 3+ years experience in litigation
- Leadership & independent handling capability
- Strong knowledge of Tax Law and Tax regulations
- CA qualification preferred, or equivalent educational background in Finance, Taxation, or related fields
- Ability to manage litigation procedures and coordinate with tax authorities effectively
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous
