Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with excellent Advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large volumes of data, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare and manage reports using Advanced Excel.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and verification.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and data filtering.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data.




- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry or MIS.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Positive typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
