Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that every project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety guidelines, and committed timelines.

You will be the primary point of coordination between clients, designers, factory, vendors, and installation teams, ensuring smooth site operations and an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution

- Supervise the complete execution of residential interior projects.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate installation of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, wall panels, false ceilings, lighting, and other interior elements.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively to prevent project delays.

Site Coordination

- Coordinate with designers, production teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, hardware, and accessories at the site.
- Plan and allocate daily work activities for installation teams.




- Maintain smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout project execution.

Quality Control

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure superior workmanship and finishing.
- Verify dimensions, leveling, alignments, hardware installation, and finishing before client handover.
- Ensure defects and snag items are rectified promptly.
- Maintain Maywood's quality benchmarks on every project.

Client Management

- Act as the primary in office representative of Maywood Interiors.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the execution phase.

Documentation & Reporting

- Submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Track project milestones and completion status.
- Maintain records of material usage, site measurements, and variation requests.
- Coordinate project handover documentation and client sign-off.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all work is carried out following safety standards and site regulations.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience supervising residential interior projects.
- Experience managing modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior installations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interior layouts.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and execution standards.

Preferred

- Experience in premium residential interior projects.
- Familiarity with interior materials, hardware, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel across project sites in Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
