We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling through design, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling creative assets across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website, emailers, event banners, etc.
- Create basic layouts, branded illustrations, infographics for internal decks, reports and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production and print quality.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by maintaining visual identity guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, agency, or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work is mandatory.
