About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Project Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce projects across marketplaces and DTC platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, communicate with clients, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has experience managing ecommerce projects involving Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple ecommerce projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with design, content, PPC, catalog, development, and operations teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate internal meetings, assign tasks, and track deliverables using project management tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Support new service launches and process improvements.





Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of project management experience in agency environments.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, product listings, digital assets, and online marketplace workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or Basecamp.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEO, A+ Content, product launches, and ecommerce analytics.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
