Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries, courses, and universities
- Explain admission and visa processes clearly
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
- Assess student profiles and eligibility
- Assist students with documentation and application procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams
- Maintain proper records of student applications and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients
Preferred Countries Knowledge
Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi & English
- Robust counseling and convincing skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional personality
- Ability to handle targets and pressure professionally
- Fresher & experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in study visa counseling will be preferred
