Job Description: At Flickbook, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. Sales will be driven by the leads generated by Marketing. To facilitate this, we’re searching for an Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing & Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of inside sales functions, such as calling, and communicating via emails and InMails. The candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Freshers who are passionate about marketing and sales can also apply. We will train them in industry-leading CRM & Marketing Automation platforms. Objectives of this Role: Represent our Client’s company, with a comprehensive understanding of their offerings. Work with Sales Head to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas. Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research. Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer. We need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers,



listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge. Speak to customers about a product’s/service’s different features, and answer any questions they might have. Maintaining an accurate, detailed client book. Make cold calls or perform warm outreach and following up. Utilize CRM & Marketing Automation tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages. Fixing appointments. Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organization. Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers. Skills and Qualifications: 0-1 year in sales within an IT setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills. Experience working with CRM platforms. Experience with enterprise-level clients. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Solid organizational skills.
