Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and process bills through the POS.
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and other menu items as per standard recipes.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Follow SOPs for food safety, quality, and service.
- Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and opening/closing duties.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and support the team during peak hours.

Requirements

- Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
