HubEngage, a fast-growing SaaS employee experience platform for communications and engagement is seeking a full-time Java Developer to join our diverse group at our newly opened development centre in Pune, India. This person will directly work with the Development Team. The ideal candidate will possess but not be limited to the following skills:

Required Skills:

- Excellent Core Java knowledge and Proficient in Springboot & Hibernate frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Software design principles and Java design patterns.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and deft in writing SQL queries.
- Proficient in the Version Control tools like Git/Github.
- Must have a working knowledge of Cloud platforms (Preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Preferably ElasticSearch).
- Must have very good communication skills and should be a good team player.

Good to have:

- Hands on experience of AWS services like EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, Elasticsearch etc.
- Knowledge of Kafka Producers, Consumers, Streams.
- Knowledge of Containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Possess the equivalent of bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical or a related field.
- 3-5 years of qualified experience working with software product-based companies.
