We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, day-to-day HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle complete joining formalities, documentation, orientation for new hires, and exit processes.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Employee Engagement: Organize workplace activities, address employee queries, and support a robust team culture.
- Compliance & Policy: Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local labor guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HR Executive : 2 years (Preferred)
