Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Madhuravoyal, Chennai

Madras City Properties is hiring Sales Executives for selling plots, land, and houses. The company provides client leads, and your responsibility is to meet customers, explain property details, take them for site visits, and close the sales.

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹20,000/month

- Experienced: ₹25,000/month

Incentives: ₹40 per sq. ft. sold. (Example: Selling a 1,000 sq. ft. plot earns ₹40,000 incentive in addition to your salary.)

Targets:

- Freshers: 1,500 sq. ft.

- Experienced: 2,000 sq. ft.

Requirements:

- Tamil is mandatory

- Bike is mandatory

- Willing to attend site visits on Saturdays and Sundays

- Positive communication and sales skills
