The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction and maintenance activities across KGISL Infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all works are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company specifications. The position typically involves building maintenance, infrastructure inspection, contractor coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction and infrastructure development projects.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Prepare quantity estimates, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, material quality, and safety practices.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain project documentation, daily site reports, measurement books, and completion records.
- Monitor civil maintenance activities for buildings, roads, drainage systems, pavements, and other infrastructure assets.




- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines throughout project execution.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, AutoCAD, or Primavera/MS Project are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, commercial buildings, or industrial projects.
- Experience in IT Parks, commercial complexes, SEZs, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, roads, drainage, and utilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
- Understanding of IS Codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
