Job Title: Senior HR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience to manage overall HR operations, recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, and compliance activities. The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR functions and supporting organisational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee salary-related records.
- Maintain employee files, HRMIS, and statutory records.
- Draft appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs and maintain training records and feedback.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation process.




- Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, and MIS for management.
- Maintain discipline and workplace policies across departments.

Required Skills:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Experience in training & development activities.
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- HR certifications will be an added advantage.
